All parents naturally will show their protection shield against their own kids, but one have to be fair and spare a thought toward others. A KIND & HOLY person will never make such ignorant statement. Should I say that it got nothing to do with one’s religion!
Your child is down with cough or flu because he/she caught it from the childcare. Apparently, the school still allows kids to go school unless they are down with fever. You named such parents as irresponsible because they need to work. Come on, not all family have maid, extra helper or like yourself who is a housewife! Can you u/s full time working parents’ agony where we have to apply for leave and even scrimp our leave just for them in case of emergency! Do you expect us to take few days leave each month if our kids down with cough or flu? It’s our rice bowl OK!
Please don’t have such self-centered mindset! Don’t send your kids to childcare if you can’t accept!

23/8/2011 – Another week has passed, I really don’t look forward to Sept as I am asked to help out (work) during one’s of the weekend.
When one is helpful, people will tend to take for granted. Really piss off at times to meet such person. I helped out of good will, not obligated to it.
Anyway, I just have to remind myself, people tend to think for themselves just to get their job done!! That’s life.

Korean drama
15/8/2011 – Monday blues!
I must rest early tonight to catch up my beauty sleep.
Recently, I have been following the Korean drama ‘My princess’ and I so in love with the show. Beside the storyline, the actor & actress are such gorgeous. How I wish I am the girl (Lee Seol, character in the drama) who has a guy who is willing to protect and sacrifice for her. I don’t mind being a simple & dependant woman like her because I am kind of tired being so independent.
On sat, rushed hubby to hospital as he was having sharp chest pain. I got so worried but glad that the x-ray diagnosed him with swollen muscle due to prolonged cough and over straining it. Thanks god he is fine. Teach him a lesson, see doctor when unwell, he is not doctor Huang. Haha
I really can’t wait for weekend to come.

11/8/2011 – Hubby’s 1st day of work and all of us woke up at 6.30am. After sending them to childcare, I went home to do mini household chores, shower and prepared myself to work.
I am so sleepy… into screen saver mode.
I am so bored at work, nothing for me to do. Everyone is too busy to chat with me.
Missing my 2 babies, they must have wakened from their nap?

8/8/2011 – Wow its August and Happy 46th Birthday Singapore!!
It’s a joyful day because Hubby received a call asking him to start work on Thursday, awesome isn’t it. I can go for retail therapy tomorrow, yay!!
I just can’t stop laughing whenever I looked at Kayleigh’s picture, the school put on such a big shirt for her.

Virus attack!
21/7/2011 – Strong virus in da ‘Huang’ house for the past 2 weeks. Starting from Kayleigh having fever, followed by running nose, cough, and stomach flu back to fever again. These viruses had been spreading non-stop between the 4 of us causing Hubby and I physically and mentally worn out.
Finally, we are all approaching recovery stage and praying hard that it’s going to put a full stop to it.
This is the 3rd week and we were happy that Kariel no longer cries when Hubby hang her over to the teacher. At last, she is adapting.
I keep reminding myself that it is not easy being a parent; don’t mention a teacher who needs to look after so many kids. But they should not overlook Kariel's diaper change right even we instructed them not to shower Kariel for the time being! Can you imagine no diaper change for 5 hours! What’s the point of having a notebook where none of the teacher look at what we written for reminder? Its kind of frustration when we couldn’t get any info from the part timers! Don’t they communicate??
The thing that gets onto my nerve was Kariel has not been eating & drinking in school and we were not told till recently! No wonder, she has been asking us for food non-stop. How could they allow such thing to happen? They should notify us immediately isn’t it!
Alright maybe I should take it easy. Parts of growing up.

Childcare Center
6/7/2011 – Today is the 3rd day for Kariel & Kayleigh in the childcare center. Really detest the feeling of departing with them especially Kariel where she goes screaming at top of her voices, grabbing me tightly, giving me the ‘don’t leave me here’ expression with tears flowing non-stop.
I have been consoling hubby with all the positive attributes for sending Kariel to playgroup thinking that I am well prepared for what is expected. Yet I’m the one who couldn’t handle my emotions after the 1st day. Sigh!
Hopefully, as time goes by, Kariel will get used to it and settle down fast. *sad*
